I began creating music at the age of 11, starting out as a rapper. Writing lyrics and recording vocals gave me my first real connection to music, and it helped me understand rhythm, flow, and self-expression at a young age.

A major influence on my decision to start producing was my uncle, who was actively rapping during the 2010s. Watching him pursue music seriously made the process feel real and attainable. Being around that environment sparked my interest in not just performing on beats, but creating them myself. Seeing how much control a producer has over the sound inspired me to learn production so I could fully bring my ideas to life. My musical background is rooted in dancehall, grime, drill, and UK garage. These genres have heavily shaped my creative identity. Dancehall influenced my sense of groove and bounce, grime introduced me to raw energy and fast tempos, drill impacted my use of dark, minimal soundscapes, and garage helped me develop an ear for swing and movement. Drawing from these styles allows me to create music that feels culturally grounded while still being experimental and modern. What makes me unique as a producer is my foundation as a rapper. Because I started as an artist, I approach production with an understanding of how music feels from the performer’s perspective. I focus on space, emotion, and structure, making beats that support storytelling rather than overpower it. My ability to blend multiple genres, combined with years of self-driven growth, has helped me develop a sound that doesn’t fit into just one box. Overall, my journey reflects consistency, evolution, and intention. Music has been a part of my life for nearly a decade, and I continue to grow by learning, experimenting, and pushing my creative limits as both a producer and an artist.
