Laura Denisse is a Country, Tex-Mex, and Regional Mexican artist born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. As the lead singer of Laura Denisse y Los Brillantes, she has built a unique sound that blends the storytelling of Country music with the rich musical traditions of Northern Mexico, creating a style that naturally connects audiences on both sides of the border. Laura has continued to expand her presence throughout the United States and Mexico, performing at festivals, theaters, and music venues while introducing new audiences to her cross-cultural sound. In 2023, she was honored to be featured as part of the Country Music Association’s (CMA) Hispanic Heritage Month campaign, celebrating the growing impact of Latino artists in Country music. Her career includes recording three songs with Grammy-winning accordion legend Flaco Jiménez, one of the most influential figures in Tex-Mex and Americana music. She has also shared the stage with acclaimed band Los Lobos, further strengthening her connection to the rich musical heritage that links Country, Americana, and Mexican music. Committed to building cultural bridges through music, Laura recently recorded a new album in Nashville, Tennessee, continuing her artistic journey while deepening her connection to the city that inspires so much of her work. Together with her band, she remains dedicated to bringing an authentic blend of Country and Mexican roots to audiences across North America.
