Gotho is an Italian instrumental duo pushing the edges of progressive and experimental rock. Formed in 2020 by Fabio Cuomo (synths, electric piano) and Andrea Peracchia (drums), the band fuses math rock precision with metal intensity, jazz fluidity and cosmic sci-fi atmospheres. Their sound is raw, immediate and entirely live-driven — no loops, no backing tracks, no overdubs. Following their critically noted debut MindBowling (2022), Gotho returned in 2024 with Gothron Versus Fartark, a futuristic concept album released by Supernatural Cat Records. Expanding their palette with vocoder textures and cinematic narratives, the record positions the duo as one of the most imaginative new voices in Italy’s experimental rock scene. Onstage, Gotho are explosive and unpredictable, channeling improvisation into dense, high-energy performances that blur genre boundaries and bend expectations.
